The hugely talented Sally Brooks has been named British Hairdresser of the Year for the second year in a row, following the prestigious awards which took place in London last night.

As well as crowning the best in the industry, the awards, hosted by Rylan (of X Factor and This Morning fame) also showcased the rising stars as Schwarzkopf Professional showcased its latest Young Artistic Team collection, directed by Tyler Johnston.

There were also three new entries to the Hall of Fame with Suzie McGill, Rush Artistic Team and Charlotte Mensah, joining the likes of Jamie Stevens, Ken Picton, Darren Ambrose and Errol Douglas.

To qualify hairdressers must win the same category at HJ‘s British Hairdressing Awards sponsored by Schwarzkopf Professional three times.
